I purchased 2 iPhones in a Costco kiosk back in April. I was told that I would receive a $75 promo card per phone, and as of yet, I have not received it. I did receive a cryptic text about 6 weeks ago, stating it would be arriving. As of yet nothing. Anyone else have this issue? Were you able to resolve it?
5G Gateway does not have admin features for Business accounts
I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all… I am talking about 15 gateways.5G Gateway intermittent outage
Should any representative see this , this is a formal complaint about continual disruptions of service and continued rebooting and reconnecting of devices. I've already replaced one gateway and just months into service I am having the same issues. I'm wondering if you , any of you who represent T-Mobile , understand the frustration and annoyance with having not only continual interrupts of service , but having to go though the process of reconnection time after time after time minutes apart from each other. One selling point was being located within less than 50 yards of your cell tower. For a company that claims to be the world leader in cell communications , I expect better. Perhaps less dollars spent on advertising and more on technological advanced and upkeep is due? Signed - A becoming less enthusiastic consumer

Did not pay off Verizon as Promised
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Back in March, my husband and I decided to switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. We figured it’d be way better spending $160/mon than over $320 a month for both our lines combined. My husband and I were on separate plans at that time. I was told that I’d get up to $600 trade-in credit for my phone AND, if I sent my final bill in to T-Mobile, they’d pay off my remaining balance in the form of a gift card (electronic). Well, I never received any follow-up letters or an email from T-mobile stating that I had been credited. First, they will only give me like $100 for my LG wing, which was new, no more than a year ago (so much for $600). Now, My final bill for Verizon was over $500 - they didn’t cover but half of it, so I still am out of pocket when i told them I wasn’t switching over unless they could guarantee they’d pay off my full final bill and they said there’d be no problem. On top of that, we live in the middle of the city. My husband works in the city, and very rarely do we have full bars. Maybe 1-2, even though the coverage map states we should have full coverage. 5X better than Verizon, yeah right. I almost wish I hadn’t switched to T-Mobile at this point. PUtting me in a negative financial situation after being promised I wouldn’t be and after clearly explaining to the Verizon rep that I needed them to pay off my full Verizon bill because I wouldn’t have the money to pay them over $300 and also pay my new T-mobile bill. What the hell am I to do?
Phone number not showing up in usage
I seen where a lot of people was having the same issue as me. Phone numbers not showing up in usage. I have a iPhone but the other person has android and it use to show up in my usage on texts but it don’t now just calls. Has anyone figured out why it is doing this and how to fix it??
5G(arbage) internet
I got sucked into the 5g internet after having horrid experience with overpriced AT&T. I live 80 feet from the TMobile cell in an urban area. I've had repeated loss of signal and buffering since Dec '24. I recently replaced the Gateway (to hell) and still suffer from the same issues. And after pointing the Gateway directly at the cell tower by tech insisting this will resolve signal issues. Anyone stating they haven't had issues must be a paid employee of T-MOBILE posting to keep their job or bucking for promotion to store assistant manager.
Syncup kids watch 2 not texting
Just got this watch for my son this week, and immediately after pairing it won't send any text messages including the 'Help' function. Outgoing and incoming calls are fine, and incoming texts too but the responses are not received by the contacts. Tmobile tells me this is a known issue with no resolution. Anyone else having similar issues?
