My Home Internet is unusable for more than 16 hours a day. From about 7AM to Midnight the Internet slows to a crawl. It averages about 500K down or worse. Not even 1 MB down! From after midnight unti...
25 to 50Mbps isn't good. When I last spoke with local T-Mobile Home Internet team 30Mbps is more of a minimum. The 'Good/Excellent' is sometimes meaningless.
Eg. I can get 'Good or Excellent' on LTE B71 or B12, and speed will be similar to what you're getting. In my area, when I get 'Excellent' my speed actually drops in ½. Service goes from 5G n41 (lots of capacity) to n71 not so great capacity.
I’d recommend using either T-Life or T-Mobile Home Internet app to see what bands you’re using, and what the specs are in the ‘Advanced Cellular Metrics’ tab.
