Rdme, I Don't believe that all of us are necessarily having the same issue with the same cause. You might have a tower down causing a complete outage. If you have mobile data activated I would think some cellular internet function may be available unless cellular service is also out. My problem has been buffering while streaming through smart TVs. Yes started a few weeks ago and has gotten progressively worse. Called support what a joke! First person spoke so fast I couldn't understand. Tech person kept telling me I was breaking up. Even had me reboot my phone, it's on t-mobile. I can't watch a program without it stopping and starting every few minutes.
