calls not going to outgoing calls texts not going thru and then I'm not sure what to do

I call people standing in front of them and their phones not getting my calls texts are not sending anything for the same thing that is the issue I am going through this for the longest time and my bill keeps dl fluctuating so much I am not sure what to look for in the phone or bill or settings and also my phone keeps saying it password change and all I have ever had is mobile service not internet can anyone please help me with my phone

    What device are you using and did you purchase it from T-Mobile?  Have you tried a network reset from within the phones settings, then powering the device off for 5 minutes at a minimum to allow it to drop off of the network and refresh the connection?
