I started a new line with a Franklin T10 hotspot. My plan was to use it as a backup internet connection for the house, since I work from home and my ISP is less than stable. I'd like to set up the dual WAN function on the router and just leave the device plugged in to the USB port. The device works great for wifi (mifi) usage, but I cannot get USB tethering to work. I've made sure the USB option is enabled in the settings, and I've tried plugging it into Windows and Mac laptops, and directly into the router. Anyone else found success using USB tethering with this device?289Visto0likes0Comentariosnueva sim
I livein The Netherlands and I visited the US to go to family. I bought a T10 franklin mobile hotspot in Coperas Cove. I needed that to be able to use my phone in the US. They told me that we could use it in The Netherlands too with any brand of simcard. I inserted my kpn simcard and it says : SIM PIN locked, to unlock go to http://mobile.hotspot. I tried it but I get the message that the site is not reachable. I used 192.168.0.1 and I could log in, but I can't do anything else. there is no way to to activate or unlock the simcard. can you help me here?180Visto0likes1ComentarioFranklin T10 no internet in United Kingdom London
I've reset the Franklin T10, but in the UK unable to connect to any wireless network, the menu just flashes roaming. I tried different locations in London but not connecting, looks like it is some kind of problem with the device not seeing/recognizing international wireless networks like EE or Vodafone? not sure. Does T-mobile have any partner networks for data only devices?65Visto0likes0ComentariosFranklin Hotspot out Nationwide or BS?
I was told yesterday by T-Mobile that the hotspot device is out nationwide. Such as my Franklin T-10 which connects without internet in multiple locations to various devices. It is not simply my zip code. Does anyone know when this issue is to be resolved?54Visto0likes0ComentariosFranklin T10 6040 Can't Connect To Steam (and other applications)
On my wifi hotspot I can connect to the Internet via a web browser just fine, but when it comes to applications like Steam and connecting to remote repos through Perforce I can't connect to them. I believe this has something to do with the Ports that are open. I've been messing with setting, but I am unable to resolve this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.Solved602Visto0likes2ComentariosBlocked myself from my own WiFi HotSpot
I set up a T-Mobile hotspot at my residence yesterday. I wanted to boot my smart TV off it and I ended up accidentally blocking my own phone's MAC ID from it. Now I can't access my own WiFi nor, obviously make any changes to it. How do Igo about unblocking myself from my WiFi hot spot?417Visto0likes1Comentario
