lying representative
6 TopicsI would like to redo my review of customer service, they blatantly lied to me.
I chatted with T-Mobile customer servicetwo days ago. I found out that I had a bill that didn't go through my checking account. I asked the CS rep Mary Rose what to do about it. She said, don't worry, I'll take care of it. If you pay 47.13 on the 8th then redo your payment arrangement, you'll be fine. You won't be charged and they won't suspend your service. So, I paid the 57.13, it was not 47 as she stated, all in text which I have. Guess what happened? My line was suspended and I was charged 20.00. Unbelievable. I gave her a glowing 5 star review. Id like to change this and look for another service.82Visto0likes1Comentariot-mobile
Tmobile absolutely sucks, I’ve been in there by lindale mall many times, and they never tell the truth. im always being scammed as in me going in, and asking for it to be canceled after I paid two months ahead, they said yes we can cancel that when the time comes, and the day came, I forgot about it and it was never canceled, I haven’t had service for awhile and they are still charging me interest, and I can’t cancel it because there are no available days to do so this month without over drafting my bank account and building even more interest, they scam the shit out of teens and young adults, and many other new people to that service, I would never recommend them. t mobile is not helping anyone, I’ve been lied to by them many times, they even told me in person that there will be no more interest and we won’t charge you anymore, which I know is a lie. last time I checked I owed 70 next I owed 177, and I’m not sure what’s next but I don’t like it, I wish they had an option to cancel early without being in debt. honestlyyour better off getting a service card from Walmart, they don’t charge interest, and they don’t lie and scam you, plus it’s a one time use, so you can get more than one, cheaper than almost any other service provider.78Visto0likes1ComentarioTmobile not honoring their promo
So back in Oct. 2023 I purchased 2 watches, the galaxy classic 47mm, on the promo of "get (x) amount of dollars off" (I can't remember the exact amount but it was a lot about $300, $350, or $380 off). Tmobile was also running another promotion at the time called "bogo." The main difference in these two plans was the 1st mentioned promo required a paired digits watch plan, and the two promos were also fordifferent size watches & models. I remember the sales rep questioning if I could get the 1st promo because something strange was in the fine print, the specific watch I purchased was listed in the fine print on both promos and he and I were discussing how that didn't make sense who would chose the "bogo promo"instead of the "x amount of $ off" you obviously save more money when buying 2 watches on the "x amt of $ off," he even went to ask his manager to verify and he agreed.Anyhow, I made the purchase and he said he was making sure to write in the notes what promo he sold me on to make sure I get it and not the "bogo" well...fast forward when the bill finally stared showing the promo discount amountit stated "bogo" so I called to discuss the issue and the tmobile rep in the USA had all kinds of reasons that didn't make sense like: maybe you didn't have enough credit to finance the watch" or "the watch exceeded the the promo value" so I asked her to read the notes from the sales rep who I purchased the watches from to see he wrote down the promo code so she looked and said he didn't write anything and she even had a way to search the tmoblie archives of past promos and read them to me and it didn't say my watch on it which means that tmobile eventually caught the mistake and deleted all evidence of it in their system and in my order notes. Funny thing is that promo is still going on today but it's written correctly now but they won't honor it for me because according to them it didn't ever exist like that back in Oct 2023 when made the purchase and she spoke with her manager and manager refused to get on the phone to speak with me said to tell me "we arenot changing it and that's it so you have no need to speak with the manager" then I said we'll I can just call back and probably get another call center and speak to a manager then to escalatemy grievance or go in person to a store then she finally agreed to put the manager on but conviently"theiron the other line with someone she'll call you back" but themanager never did. I've been a customer for over 10yrs but never really had a reason to speak with tmobile because I hadn't upgraded my devices in 8 yrs and as soon as they are paid off I dropping tmobile and tellingeveryone I know. I'm still going to submit a grievance fordishonest sales practice and deleting/ falsifying records.443Visto1like0ComentariosT-Mobile cheated me
T-Mobile cheated me big time. I got sold an offer 4 lines with 4 free phones. Representative didn't mention anything about trade-ins, BOGO offers, just plane 4 free phones and 4 new lines. If there was conditions attaches, I should have been told about them. I transferred all of my lines over. My bill was through the roof for first 2 months. I was told that it would take 2 months for credits to kick on. Boy, they lied! I called back to check on why was I being charge enormous amount for 2 lines. They told me that I never had 4 lines with free phones offer. They denied ever offering it. I feel so deceived by this carrier. I can't even quit without paying arm and a leg for new phones on my plan. This is wrong for T-Mobile to do. When I called customer care, they just said they cannot do anything. To me, it seems like they lie to people to get them in and everyone is in on it. They tried giving me 10 different reasons on why I wouldn't qualify for the plan instead of taking responsibility and owning uptown their mistake. I will never recommend these thieves to anyone.310Visto1like1ComentarioMy iphone 13 is on Howtspot Data
So I've been having issues for 2 years with my device mainly with backups/calls and texts/app notification sounds/and unknown changeson my bill/ connecting to hotspot my iPhone 13 needs to be connected to my home wifi to connect another device like it's a modem/router and still uses my Wi-Fi not the cellular data..Basically what I'm starting to think is T-Mobile has me on some kinda data plan for a tablet or watch something like that. possibly a digits line since my number needs a country code like digits showed my number. My bill /account on T-Mobile dosnt show my # with the country code anywhere but digits. And they continue to lie about it , when I get on chat theysay everything is good providing no details no proof of anything their telling meand say one thing then after arguing with me say something different that contradicts what they said first.! Spoke with multiple supervisors that do the same and play gameslike they don't know what I'm asking them or provide information on stuff I'm not asking about and just waste my time saying their looking into the account then 10 minutes later say oh it's looks good or what was the issue.!?They fail to show me my lease on the devices saying their system information is basically my lease so the information on my signed lease doesn't matter cause the system information is right they said. I had a 12pro max on JOD upgraded to the iPhone 13 it moved my number from the 12 to the 13 but kept the device on my account like it was financed and are not removing it it does not have cellular service so why is a leased device on their with no service.!? So now Ihave 2 device under the same line now one has service the other who knows.! And the only way to upgrade or get that 13 was by going in store or turning in the JOD device. They said I did a "standard upgrade" whatever that is.? Theirs only 3 options (upgrade/add a line/or bring own device.) so how was a New device processed under the same JOD line moved over the number from the 12 to the 13 and then left the 12 on my account to pay still.!?121Visto0likes1Comentario
