How to Get Text Notifications for 5G Home Internet?
When I signed up for 5G Home Internet, I was assigned a T-Mobile telephone number for the gateway device - I get it. BUT I want to have my bill related texts sent to my actual cell phone number that is NOT T-Mobile. I went into settings in my T-Mobile account, and my gateway telephone number is there, but I can't add another number. Does that make sense? Can anyone help?
The display on the TMobile home internet (at least in the past) did receive texts
If the only thing you have on your T-Mobile account is the internet, your account will not get text notifications. You'll get email notifications if you setup a T-Mobile ID, so that would be way easier to check than snail mail. There is not any way to have the notifications sent to non-T-Mobile phone numbers.
