T-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.12KViews14likes28Comments- SivaRajagopal2 hours agoNetwork Novice72Views0likes5Comments
Sync up scam device with T mobile
I won a sync up device at a car show and TmObile had a kiosk there , I spun the wheel and supposedly won a sync up device , they said it was free for 6 months and all I had to pay was 9dollars to get it hooked up, well I never got any paperwork and they didn’t tell me I had 14 days to return it.. meanwhile I never used it and found out it drains your car battery so I went to a store and tried to return it, it was past 14 days and they refused to help., I was billed 14 dollars on my bill and I called customer service they are no help … I’m a senior and they also lied about my original contract with them for my web and phone service I’m stuck with this device paying for it for 23 months…Help I’m stuck.. I wanted them to send me my original contract and they said they didn’t have it wow f——d upDenbwy2 hours agoVisitor5Views0likes0Commentscustomer retention?
Called yesterday to inquire about a new phone and trying to buy it with no payments. After waiting for customer service the guy Dale said he couldn't find my account even after giving him the last 4 of social. I've been a customer 16+ years! Asked for supervisor waited and she said she can't see account only name and phone #. They freely take my money each month but don't really exist. Any others find the same thing happening? Suggestions? We pretty much have considered to jump ship as the "supervisor" was not equipped to solve problem and had no concern about issue. Frustrating!Coachiek4 hours agoNetwork Novice3.6KViews0likes5CommentsReturning phone not found at t-mobile warehouse
Has anyone had the same experience as me with getting a new phone, and then returning the old one to get a promo, just to be told that it wasn't scanned in @ the t-mobile warehouse, even though I have UPS tracking and proof of delivery? They show the package was received via tracking but that the phone wasn't scanned in so they're not going to honor my promotion. This is absolutely awful! I did what I was supposed to do, and now I'm being punished because some incompetent employees either lost of stole the phone from the warehouse. If anyone has had this problem and been able to get it resolved, please share your experience and what you may have done. I'm not having any luck, but instead being stuck with a $1,000 bill for a phone.aredfern226 hours agoRoaming Rookie240Views1like3CommentsMultiple account verifications every time you call.
Why do I always have to verbally provide my account pin after their automated AI system received it and verified me only to be asked for it again by the customer service rep. My account was messed with because someone overheard me providing my pin to an agent, and when they send you a temporary pin you have to expose your social security number to a stranger as and additional step. My bank doesn’t require me give my debit card pin verbally and when I provide it through their automated system. So why does T-Mobile repeatedly ask me to divulge a pin that’s supposed to be secret and putting my data and security at risk? I had problems with security in the past so I can’t understand why I am asked for a pin that’s supposed was already accepting through their automated system. Does anyone know of a cell phone provider that actually protects their customers information? Time to leave T-mobile between this and promotions that don’t get applied.Pissedoff1239 hours agoVisitor22Views0likes0CommentsTrade in agreement?
When the S25+ came out, I traded in my S9+ and was told I'd get a $500 dollar trade in value. But after sending the phone in (Worked, screen not cracked, etc), I only got a $25 dollar credit to my account? Anyone else had this happen?Zrider039 hours agoVisitor26Views0likes1CommentI want Starlink, so... Moto G Power 2024?
So my Pixel 4a apparently isn't satellite compatible. I've always thought that satellite connectivity, even if it's just SMS, would be worth it to me. It's the kind of feature I'd pay for. So, I guess my main question is, what phone to get? For me, it's hard finding a phone I like. I don't really like my Pixel. It works, but I miss my FM radio. And from Youtube videos scrolling through the apps, it looks like the Motorola Moto G and G Power 2024 have FM radio, 3.5mm headphone jack, SD card slot, all the things I'd like to have, personally. Well, except AM and weather stations and amateur radio bands and other types of radio reception. But that's just me. But would the Moto G 2024 work with Satellite? Would this be my dream phone? I personally don't care if it has a good camera. A bright screen for outdoors would be nice, and loud speakers and a good mic too. But I guess I can't have everything.Solvedmr_l8410 hours agoLTE Learner210Views0likes10Comments
