Being Very Upset
Is there a real American Person who would like to talk to me from T-Mobile before I take this complaint of mine to a Much Higher Level?

I have only Gateway internet service I Use AT&T for my Phone Service, I only have internet service with T-Mobile! The amount I pay each month is $50. I was on time every month til Christmas came around n i had to get a New card from my bank.. so I was late.. no worries so far, I'm thinking I owe a late fee and besides the service is off Right? But I did pay $50. In dec just a little late is all.. January again the bank is having to send another card so yes I'm late again, to me I'm thinking another late fee and besides the service is still off!!! Right, so the bill is normally paid on the 18th comes out of the account on the 16th, and I get my new bank card so I can pay the bill.. Right n I'm thinking i paid late in December but I did pay $50. On the 27th or December and now it's the 27th of January and I call T-Mobile and tell them what's going on and that I know that I am late for the second month in a row… no worries from what I am thinking I am thinking i should have paid Two Late Fee's and 50. Maybe $55. For it being direct billing… so in my mind it should be around $75. Right? Not on your life!!! I pay $137.10 and I'm thinking about it and No I should not have paid that much cuz I did pay the $50. In December yes it was late but it was paid and I have not had any service as of let In January from when it was due in December!! So I called them back and told them I paid $50. In December late but paid the lady says it's going to take 3-5 business days to get the refund well they must seen something else cuz it popped up in my bank account within an hour… that was on the 27th of January and I told the lady I have not any service since December 18th or so cuz I was late that's understandable… so she tried to help get turned back on!! And can't get it turned back on… and of course I'm getting upset and I told her just forget it its not worth getting mad just don't worry about it I will take the box back to T-Mobile and just get my internet service somewhere else!! Then yesterday I get another Email saying that I owe $124.10,And Now I'm getting Very Upset!! Cuz it still is Not On Working i'm Not Using It and right I'm walking out the door and taking it back up to the T-Mobile store right Now but I Telling Straight out that this is Not Right and Yes I Am Furious!!! And when return From Taking the Box Back which I like t-Mobile but they couldn't make it work so I am taking back and i really just hoping one of Big Executives See This and I probably will Not Get what I am asking for even though it has not worked since December and I paid late in December and in January and never has been working i really would a refund of the $87.36 minus the late fee in December but then again Why cuz it hasn't worked!! So really I think the refund should be all of the $87.36 plus an apology and Someone saying the is Zero Owed!! Cuz I am going somewhere Else cuz well I think I have said enough but when I get back from store and no one answered this long Note I have written You i will take this to many more levels i promise you will Not Like It!!! This is basically a user to user forum with some T-Mobile moderation that doesn't have account access so try contacting them using messenger on one of their social media accounts.
