My sons uncle just gave him a T-Mobile phone and now he has passed and my son hard reset the phone and now we can't get passed Google bcuz his uncle set it up we don't know any if his accounts or passwords help
Try going to Google support to see if they have an answer. I know in his Google setting he could of set up his account in case of death and what can be done.
