Playstation portal to hotspot
So I have the iPhone 15 pro max and I purchased a PlayStation portal I can't get the portal to connect to my t mobile hotspot. However when I had a iPhone 13pro it worked just fine now idk if I should stay witht mobile or shop around I like playing my PlayStation on the go

For awhile my Vizio tv wasn't connecting to my hotspot from my phone so I just got the home internet service through T-Mobile thinking it would fix it since I thought the hotspot issue was coming from my phone, but it's still not connecting even to the home internet box. Myhot spot will connect to other devices and my vizio tv will connect to other WiFi networks but not T-Mobile. Any one else having this issue??
USB tethering with Franklin T10 hotspot
I started a new line with a Franklin T10 hotspot. My plan was to use it as a backup internet connection for the house, since I work from home and my ISP is less than stable. I'd like to set up the dual WAN function on the router and just leave the device plugged in to the USB port. The device works great for wifi (mifi) usage, but I cannot get USB tethering to work. I've made sure the USB option is enabled in the settings, and I've tried plugging it into Windows and Mac laptops, and directly into the router. Anyone else found success using USB tethering with this device?
Power Cycling Franklin T9 Hotspot
I use a Franklin T9 hotspot to remotely control the thermostat in my cabin. Occasionally the power goes out for an extended period of time, and the hotspot battery dies. I then need to manually turn it back on again. Is there a way to set it up such that it restarts automatically when the power comes back on? Thx.Tips for new hotspot data plan for part time RV use
Title says it all. I just signed up for 50GB data using a Winegard Gateway GW-1000. I went this route for two reasons: one, it uses external antennas (should get a better signal?) and two, it is 12 volts, so it will work without the inverter on. Boondocking! We would primarily use this for casual Internet use on our laptops and video streaming to the TV. My big concern is that I am still working from home, so I only need this when we roll out for a trip. I saw that I can suspend (I think that is what it was called) the account, but only twice a year, and only for up to 90 days. Not enough! The T-Mobile rep said no worries, just report it lost or stolen - and he set it to that status. That doesn't feel right, but that is what he said to do. And I already have $50 due, although there has been zero data use and the plan is in a "lost or stolen" status. I'm guessing first month, I get billed regardless. May as well turn it on and use it to check performance? So you part-time RVers, what do you do? Show me the way! 🏝
