What I think is going on...If you get reported as sending/texting spam and your account is restricted for 10 days, like me I think Tmobile is unblocking in one area of the code to my account and there are other screens/pages (i.e. blue screen) that also need to be unblocked. But I know that there are programmers that are knowledgeable about certain areas of code and may not know the other areas of code. It's like a puzzle if you're missing one piece, consider the puzzle unfinished! GRRRRRR….
