Why is my bill so expensive?
When not logged into T-Mobile's website, it shows that the Essentials plan is $27/mo, which is the exact plan that I have, yet, my bill comes out to over twice that amount. My phone is fully paid off as of March where my bill was over $90, then it dropped to $64-something once it was paid off. I tried to speak directly with T-Mobile about this since most big companies have a virtual assistant on their websitefor ease-of-access butapparently T-Mobile does not. Attached is a photo on T-Mobile's website showing that the Essentials plan is $27/mo, and a photo showing what I'm being charged for it.
