Can't Order SIM for Existing Phone Number
Hello, I am currently trying to get a replacement physical SIM Card from T-Mobile for my already existing line. When I try and order one for a existing phone number, it tells me to log in even though i already am logged in. Once i click the log in button it just puts me back to the add a new line for this sim card page. Also, I cant order a SIM Card replacement from my account page. Any ideas on how to fix this?
call a physical store and see if they have any in stock?
It maybe a protocol making you call support to prevent Sim swapping. This way they can verify the request.
