T-Mobile Philippines Cust Service lie put the order wrong and then contacted me for money on my #
Back in November 2024 I call to discuss upgrade options. The rep was not in the US told me that she was in the Philippines. She entered my order wrong did not apply the trade-in and then she contacts me on my personal WhatsApp application saying hello and then later on ask to borrow money. Now I'm trying to return the phone and they don't want do do anything
