T-mobile Customer service is Fraud
Hello All,
Basically what title says !
I have been t-mobile customer from 2022!
My friend joined the group from sometime in 2023,
I have been asking t-mobile from last 6 months to give me the bills that i dont see in my account !
three to four times some rep over the phone promises that yeah will send it to you in mail never happens !
from last 2 time I have been getting response like oh no we dont see any request that has been submitted for you to get the bill over the email since mail is something I do not get (either tmobile customer service rep dont submit it on their end or whichever department has to send the mail never does )!
I dont know why T-mobile does not have any corporate customer service email or anything !
The worst customer service ever !

If you are a prepaid user. Prepaid accounts do not generate a bill because you pre-pay for the service in advance.

If you're the primary account holder you should be able to see everything on the account and make changes in your MyTmobile account. You can also change the settings to receive paper bills.
yeah so the problem is t-mobile only allows you to see the bills as old as 18 months back !
Nothing older then that !
I requested 6 bills prior to 18 months and they charged me $5 per month told me that they will send the re-prints,
but I never got them !!
Customer service people are scamming big time !
