Can't Seem To Access Router Setting Screen
Hey there! The admin portal you found has some great reporting information for your internet. The network that is broadcasting by default is 5 and 2.4 by default, but many devices prefer to use a dedicated 2.4 connection. You'll need the T-Life app to create new networks. The QR code on the screenshot you shared should link you right to getting that app downloaded. The steps for creating the new network can be found on the Apps de Internet | Internet 5G de T-Mobile .

And in my case I've had the 5g home internet for 3 months now and the tlife app was working ok on my cell phone but all of a sudden after updating in the play store it states this app not available for this device. got on my L14 gen2 thinkpad and it says the same thing! now i cant make a nw point with 2.5ghz, change nw passwords or rename any networks. is it time to shop for a diff wifi home service company? posted here because after joining community on my cell i tried to make this statement and after all typed in, it wont post stating wrong html and i dont know what the heck is wrong!

Found a work around for this. Just search the net and get an older version of tlife and now it's back to working on my ver 10 & 12 Android phones
