Hello - I have a need to switch between two phones - Android and IPhone both of which I own. The frequency of change depends on, but I am expecting doing so on weekly basis...Is it possible to do so? I know you canmove esim to another phone but it's not clear this can be done back and forth or only one time thing. Also, if going back and forth require calling T mobile everytime, and takes sometime to do such switching.. Please advise.Solved533Visto0likes8ComentariosLost capability to text: Contacts show sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone
Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. However, today, the text fails to be sent. Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to: sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back tosip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on? I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul11KViews12likes68ComentariosMajor billing problems
I returned a devise, pixel 7a, via UPs that was overheating , nearly bursting into flames to the warrantee service center in Ft Worth tx per instruct. Having had problems with TMobile billing and services since starting the in January, I took the devise to a store, had them help me pack it I took pictures of Jason helping me pack it the store and went directly to UPs in the same mall to ship it. ( May 11, 2024 ) When the bill came for the next month I found a charge of $478 + for " non returned phone" I called customer service after checking with UPS tracking and gave t mobile tracking info indicating the package arrived may 22at 1:45. The T-Mobile removed the 478 charge from the bill. Today, I checked my bill, and found the $478 charge had again appeared. This time the T-Mobile rep indicated the package had arrived at the service cent but nothing was in it and they would be charging me for a " non returned phone". I've talked with UPS who indicated that T mobile needs to file a claim since they received the package and are claiming it was empty. I have spent literally hundreds of hours correcting St mobile billing errors, false claims, fraudulent sales info, and more. I tried believe it's time for the FCC to get involved, investigate the flip flam and for customers to start a class action suit because of St mobiles unscrupulous business practices, over billing and strong arming customers … The replacement Pixel 7a also over heats and should be recalled before they burst into flames and hurt someone badly54Visto0likes0Comentarioscellular data transfer

I have spent over a week troubleshooting as to why I can not sendtext messages withlinks to my website. I can send them via email, facebook messenger and even shorten them and send that way and they work. I just can't send in a text. I can send any other links outside my website. There is absolutely no way I have anything remotely inappropriate on my website. There are no blocking features on my account but was told today after 4 hours with tech support it is possible that tmobile has put filtered messages. Everyone else can send links from my website to someone else but those that have tmobile can not generally speaking. I have reset my network and updated OS on my phone. I have updated app settings. I was not able to get a clear answer as to how many text messages are considered too much as I use lots of text messaging with links to my website with my business. I also couldn't get a clear answer as to what kind of filtering of messages could be on my account. The tech today wasn't sure if there was one but said a "possibility" eventhough over and over I have been told there are no blocking features. Tech support has exhausted every avenue to troubleshoot but there is still no resolution. I also do not like the options for the survey they send as I give the tech support 10 but I don't know yet if i will recommend tmobile if they will not tell me why i have a possibility of a filter but can not tell what is after hours and hours of support. I believe they should be able to tell you if your account has been flagged and for what reason. There is no due process to determine if it was filtered in by mistake.37Visto0likes0ComentariosMessages from iPhone delayed after upgrading Android phone
About 3 or so weeks ago I updated my Samsung 10+ to a Samsung Ultra 23. Since that time, any messages that are part of a message group, are very delayed sending and receiving. I am able to see delay as my wife who is an iPhone user, receives messages in the same group long before I do. Needless to say the delay is driving my family bonkers… My texts are usually out of context time delayed… Messages sent directly to me from an iPhone user is practically instantaneous. I have reset any settings I can think of as well as cleared data and cache.850Visto0likes5ComentariosIphone 14 ProMax sporadic incoming call issues

Ever since i switched from my iphone to my new Google Pixel 7a, i've repeatedly gotten the following message whenever i try to text my mother, coworkers, wife, and several others including my stepdaughter. "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active." I have none of them blocked and i confirmed it with t-mobile support, who told me it cannot be anything to do on their end and i have no message blocking in affect on either of my tmobile lines. I've tried taking out my sim and putting it back in. I've tried using downloading and using different text message apps and setting as default. I've tried sending multiple messages once a day for over a month, just to check if it works yet. I've MOST IMPORTANTLY, put my sim back into my old iphone 12 and deactivated "iMessage" after reading on a forum site that usually, that would be the reason this occurs. Not a single thing i've listed or otherwise tried to do to rectify this issue has resulted in any sort of victory. Most irritatingly, i cannot login to my twitch account and several other website accounts that require 2FA via texting me a security code. I never recieve them and they aren't in my spam & blocked area either. This has prevented me from logging into one of my credit card accounts online!!!! I still cannot text anyone unless its through the "RCS" messaging that i understand uses my data connection. I'm on the GoPlus5g Plan, have two phone lines, and this is happening on both lines. Important to note: anytime i receive or send a call, it goes through lickity-split. No issue with calls whatsoever. This only pertains to texts. Any tips or solutions would be highly appreciated since tmobile support couldn't help me and i've been losing my mind over it. Thank you for reading this far.312Visto0likes4ComentariosDoes Android/Samsung Galaxy S23 have "Automatic Call Audio Routing" like iPhone?
I'm looking to buy a smart phone for my elderly mother and I would much rather go with Samsung than iPhone because I could buy her a GalaxyS23 for her birthday for the same price it would cost to get an iPhone SE which is really the bottom of the iPhone lineup. But I need to knowif the Galaxy S23has the "Automatic Call Audio Routing" feature like the iPhone does. On iPhone you don't even need to have a bluetooth device to enable this feature. For my mother who is hard of hearing, being able to rout calls automatically to speaker means that she doesn't even have to liftthe phone to her ear.She can take all calls through the speaker automatically. Can anyone tell me if the S23 has this feature enabled? I haven't been able to get a clear answer from anyone so far on this topic. Here's what it looks like on iPhone: Thank you in advance, 😀424Visto0likes7Comentarios
