Hey everyone. I don't have a status as to if/when T-Mobile Money and Mint will have the ability to be connected. I'm sure there will be some communications and update on our T-Mobile Money content if that'll be available. I'll reach out to my internal team about this too. Hey Community! I haven't been on here in a while, so I blew the digital dust off my account so I could hop on and say a few words. As HeavenM mentioned, I've taken another role within T-Mobile, and she'll be managing the site now. I couldn't be happier for her! This Community has been nothing short of amazing for me! I got to chat with a ton of intelligent and helpful people, and I'll miss everyone that came here to help others and chat with me. What makes the Community a real Community, is everyone here, and I'll never forget that. I love HeavensM's passion for the Community, and I'm stoked to see the awesome new places she'll take the site to. I'm so grateful for everyone I've worked with here, and all of those who continued to come here and make the Community special. I've had trouble with this too in the past. This is something that can be fixed by our Care team. If you Community-2153, we can have a specialist check your account and make sure these message aren't being blocked. The last step is filing a Trouble Ticket to have our engineers take a look at your connection on the back end and help fix anything that's stopping them from coming through.50Visto4likes0ComentariosRe: Change voicemail from spanish to english?
Okay. There's a specific way to navigate through this menu to change it yourself (no español knowledge required 😉) When you call the system, press 4, that'll bring you to Mailbox Options. I have a couple ideas about this. If you're in a lower level room or basement, you can have some issues with the connection cutting in and out due to line of site. I'd head to a higher level of the house/building if possible. Restarting the phone on a daily basis can help make sure you maintain a solid connection. If this is happening in the same area and even around the same time of day, this could be something our engineering team can look into after our Tech Care team files a Service Complaint for you.42Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: WARNING! oh boy, that's terrible. For Coinbase and youremail, you'll need to follow up with their support teams to figure out how it was accessed and reset your account. For you T-Mobile account, you can report unauthorized access directly to our Tech Care team and we can escalate it to the right folks on our side.
