Anyone else ready to switch??
I was a SPRINT customer for over 25 years - got absorbed into TMobile when Sprint got bought out. I'm ready to be done. They keep adding new fees - per line, each month! For what? For the crappy customer service I get? I call to ask about these new fees and I'm transferred multiple times, disconnected, and on hold for more than 2 hours. I email - I get no response. There isn't a live chat function, so I really just don't know what to do anymore. I would like to get some account information about transferring my service, but can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. How is everyone else taking this and if you're reaching out and getting a hold of customer service, how are you doing it?BJSinger762 hours agoVisitor8Views0likes0CommentsSync N Drive - getting notifications even with notifications turned off.
This started happening this weekend. I have 3 cars, I keep the trip notifications turned off because I do not want to see them all day long. Suddenly this weekend they started sending Trip start and Trip end alerts for all 3 cars. I checked the app and all notifications are turned off, I have re-started the phone and logged out of the phone and back in, but the alerts continue. I also get random seat-belt alerts even though I am wearing my seat belt. How can I stop these alerts that I should not be getting anyway?ramboton2 hours agoVisitor6Views0likes0CommentsHome Internet and IRS free file fillable forms
I'm not able to sign in to the IRS free file fillable forms site to file my taxes when I'm connecting through my T-Mobile internet. I can connect through my work internet connection or by using a hotspot at home, but the same laptop over T-Mobile internet does not connect. Anyone else notice this problem?jonwp3 hours agoNetwork Novice173Views0likes2CommentsSpring is in the air and so is the dust.
1 MIN READ Spring cleaning doesn’t have to feel like a chore—especially when your phone becomes your ultimate cleaning companion. One of the simplest yet most effective ways to stay motivated is by turning up the tunes. Create a high-energy playlist or stream your favorite upbeat music to keep your spirits high and your feet moving as you tackle dust bunnies and clutter. Music transforms the atmosphere and helps time fly, making scrubbing the bathtub or reorganizing the closet feel more like a dance party than a duty. Beyond setting the vibe, your phone is also your personal organizer during spring cleaning season. Use list-making apps like Google Keep, Todoist, or Apple Reminders to break down tasks room by room, so nothing gets forgotten. And for that extra edge? Use your phone’s camera to snap “before and after” photos. Not only does it help you see your progress (which is incredibly motivating), but it also serves as a visual checklist of what still needs attention. With your phone in hand, spring cleaning becomes smarter, more efficient, and maybe even a little fun. Share your favorite ways to use your phone to stay motivated in the comments.HeavenM3 hours agoCommunity Manager38Views0likes0CommentsEmail support -- selfish, greedy, time wasting
What else can it be, but selfish, greedy uncaring -- to NOT make available to the public a PUBLIC support email (and system to manage it) -- NOT (time wasting) Chat, nor texting (some, me, don't text, and don't want to), not voice telephone (some don't hear well and wastes time waiting on "ignore", too), not USPS paleolithic "messaging" (wastes time, trees, and distilled dead dinosaurs). AND then selfish, greedy uncaring T-Mobile sends time wasting texts and EMAIL (to just benefit them) to "refill your account (which?) -- with NO phone # -- when you have 3 accounts -- AND ALL have a positive balance. T-Mobile provides customers with email service -- but then won't use email to benefit customers -- and instead prefers to knowingly, intentionally, selfishly, waste customers time to enhance their greedy profits. How can those that prefer to use EMAIL to communicate (when in no hurry) get T-mobile's attention -- other than ask that they ask for it here?DruW3 hours agoRoaming Rookie11Views0likes0Comments
