Can other internet-enabled devices use T-Mobile for internet access?

We are a CCTV camera manufacturer, and our cameras have integrated 4G modules that support T-Mobile's frequency bands.

Will T-Mobile restrict internet access to devices that must be a specific brand and whitelist device ? 

If we purchase a T-Mobile SIM card from store, can it be used for 4G internet access in our cameras?
