On April 11th I set a payment arrangement for 598.00 to paid on april 15th. I paid 300.00 dollars towards the 598.00 thinking on the 15th tmobile would take the balance. They took the full amount of 598.00. so i paid a total of 898.00. I couldnt afford to do that and got a refund for the 300.00. Now I owe 536.00 and the system wont let me set up an arrangement. The system states i owe 300.00 dollars. The tmobile reps are saying because i have a past due amount of 300.00 and its past30 days there's nothing they can do. What the heck?!? My chats were working just fine until a couple of weeks ago. I don't get it. My S23 is up to date. I've cleared the messages cache, turned RCS off and on, turned airplane mode on and off. Am I missing something or what? I'm having issues being able to see the connected devices through the T-Mobile Home Internet App. Keeps telling me the gateway did not respond and to restart it if the problem persists. I have restarted the modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once and it still does not work. Does anybody have any resolution to this or has anybody had this issue? T-Mobile nagged me to use the new T-Life app for managing my TMHI 5G Gateway. So I did. I set it up a few days ago and it was working fine. I'm using both together with the old app. The problem is the new app now doesn't work. After a power outage, we got things back up and running. The Gateway is connected to the internet, all devices connected to it, it is speed testing at ~400Mbps, and is working fine. The old T-Mobile Internet App correctly shows it is connected with a good connection. But the new T-Life app says our 5G Gateway is "Offline." That's wrong. It's very much online and working. Seems T-Mobile released this app before it was ready for prime-time. I don't really have a problem with this situation. I'm just noting it here because T-Mobile doesn't provide another way to give this feedback. I'm not going to use the new app until I absolutely have to. I recently stumbled into the TM problem with SMTP sending emails - and having our TM Gateway and it's external IP address being blocked as per the internet Spam databases. Started a new plan with T Mobile last year. There was a promotion for free phones with new lines of service. We started new service, ordered 3 phones. We didn't like one of them, so we called in within the first week or so, asked if we could try something else. We got a different phone, also supposed to be free with the promotion - or so that's what we were told. Next month, I check the bill, there's no promotion for it. I call customer support, they say the promotion just hasn't been applied yet. Just pay the bill for now, and you'll get credited later. 5 or 6 months go by, I check the bill again. Still paying for the phone. So I call in and ask about it, they say they'll escalate the issue. Don't hear for a while, so I call in again. They say looking back there was no promotion for the phone we got, and there's nothing they can do at this point. Very frustrating situation. Anyone had this happen before, and what did you do about it? I have filed a insurance claim for the stolen phone March 26, 2025. I paid the $99 to replace the phone. Claim 73760978. The phone was an Apple Iphone SE 3 with 64 GB color black. There has been no replacement and I call and none are in the warehouse. I am still paying for the phone and the insurance on the stolen phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 with a Sim card and just received a new Google Pixel 9a. Both were acquired from T-Mobile. Is it best for me to take the Sim card from the old device and put it in the new or setup the new with eSim? I called T-Mobile support and could not get a straight answer from the tech.
