Can't Change Administrator Photo in T-Life
Hi, I'm setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get "Something went wrong. Please try again." error message. I'm doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. I tried deleting the watch, deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same original avatar showed up and I can't change it.
T-Life App Not Letting Me Log Into My Account
I just switched to T-Mobile 3 days ago. I downloaded the T-Life app as instructed by the sales rep. I brought my own phone. When I try to log in with my ID/phone number and password, I get into a loop that says processing over and over again. I've called customer service to no avail and even went back to the store where I signed up. I've tried everything to log in and I don't know what to do at this point. Not feeling so good about T-Mobile at the moment. Id like to be able to use the app.
Sync up contacts in t-life?
Once again, we get a message from the legacy Sync Up app that it will be retired (today actually) and that we should administer the watch through t-life. However, one of the essential functions is to manage the contact list of people that can call/text the watch wearer. How the heck do I manage the sync up watch contact list inside of t-life? How do I add/remove contacts.
T-Life App Crashes with java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException when inputing phone number for SyncUp Kids contact
On a Note 9 and the T-Life app crashes when I try to change the phone number of a contact for the SYncUp Watch. If you type in too many numbers, it crashes with the below stack trace. I am planning a trip that is over 2 weeks long that involves hotels and flights. I would LOVE to research the discounts via T-Life BUT I honestly cannot see this on my iPhone screen. The map of the hotels is not detailed enough to see if it is near my destination and I must constantly zoom in to see if I can pinpoint that area and then figure out what hotels qualify - without success. I would REALLYlike to be able to see this on my computer where I can have different tabs opened up to have a map of the city and be able to see the hotels with the T-Life discounts. I think it would cut down my research time drastically and result in much less frustration. Right now, I have just given up with these discounts because of the search difficulty and go elsewhere.
Does T Life Require an Internet Connection?
My Nokia 5G21 went down around 9:50 am, 6/10. I tried to get to the router via the new T Life app that is replacing the T-Mobile Internet app and it wouldn't connect to the router;it looked like it was trying to sign into the internet over the bad connection. Does T Life require an internet connection to sign in and then allow you to access your router? If so, that is a fatal design flaw and you need to keep supporting the T Mobile Internet app.
