service cancelled can't get thru for help
I received notification taht my number has been cancelled, hjave no idea why. Now I cannot log on because the number is not recognized.
I have quite a bit of cash on the prepaid card.
the phone numbers listed on website and app do not work from Europe.
There is No way to contact TCom otherwise … OR??? Anyone can help me?
Is your phone a T-Mobile branded phone if so scroll to the bottom of this post and click on support then contact Us and there is a international support number that's free with said phone.
You can also try contacting TMobile support using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you.
