Routing\DNS Problems
I have weird issues getting to some sites on the internet. I also have issue using a VPN client. I decided to run a tracert from a command prompt and found that it takes 15 hops to get to 8.8.8.8 I've attached a screenshot. From my knowledge, it should not go to 192.0.0.1 at all, but it does 5 times. Then goes to a 10.177. . address, which shouldn't happen either. I called T-mobile support and they didn't know what to do. Really odd. The command I ran is: tracert 8.8.8.8. Are there any network engineers out there? thank you!

Last week my brother told me he was unable to use his phone. He said the phone is saying no sim. I called Tmobile and they said the illegal team locked the sim and I would have to write them. I been a customer with Tmobile almost 9 years. I asked if it was a number or email I can contact. She said no I had to write Tmobile. I’m not understanding why the phone is locked anyway.
Google playstore apps stuck on pending when on my phone is connected to mobile data
Tried clearing cache and data, tried removing accounts, have set the date and time to correct timezones and to auto, tried reinstalling playstore as well as play services, checked the app settings to download over any network also factory data reset phone. Nothing works to get them off of pending and have them download or update. This is also affecting my YouTube as well as YouTube music. Really need a solution here that works. Galaxy s24 t mobile. Really thinking about just switching carriers because of this.Photo transfer
two weeks ago, like every two weeks before for the last few years I’ve been able to transfer my photos from Galaxy s10 to my PC, but not any longer. I used five different cables, checked USB port, checked updates for Portable devices, restarted both PC and phone a few times, and nothing changed, I can not transfer photos, albeit I can charge my phone thru USB cable. Additionly I can’t finde any USB info on my phone that supposed to be there according to uncle Google.

How do I correct Location and address?
