Why does the Internet service go off so often at night?? When you try to stream tv service and your Internet goes off randomly every night or really turns into a pain. I've had AT&T, Verizon, cricket, boost... None of them would drop Internet every week like T-Mobile does. It's not just the phones either it's the home Internet too... Really???

I started having this issue tonight. It has dropped 4 times since I have been home from work. Restart box and works for about 30 minutes.

Having the same problem. Only now it's starting in tthe afternoon.Drops like a rock from 100mps to 0.6mps and stays there for a couple of hours. Was starting around 7pm est.Today it started at around 2pm est.

I’m having the same issues and honestly I left spectrum for the same reason thinking T-Mobile would be better and I end up getting the same service.

I did the online tech support. Turns out the router is bad,they did a patch over the network to keep it going while a new modem ships out. Supposedly a global issue with the modem/router. Their replacing the old set up for free.I would suguest going that route on the main account page.

Does your device get warm ?
The old one didn't,this new one gets warm,then shuts down. Trying to watch Hulu and it keeps buffering and shutting off. It's like having dsl or dialup again.

I haven't had that issue. Zoom calls would be a problem if it was.

I got my T-Mobile internet box 2 days ago. I switched because my CenturyLink service was out for 3 weeks. I was pretty happy with it for 2 days. Tonight my internet connection was lost. I had a strong network connection and wi-fi signal but the network had no internet access. I have been on the phone waiting for support 37 minutes now. During this time internet access has come back. It was probably down for 30 minutes. Customer Support still isn't answering. I'm very disappointed!!

Which gateway model do you have?
