How to Fix the 5Guc issue
Hola Guys,
I had a problem for 48 hours and decided to give T-Mobile a call regarding the issues. A tech spoke to me and told me this:
- Turn off the following: roaming, WiFi, Bluetooth, and only keep cellular data on. Anything that needs a specific connection, turn it off.
- She conducted a network reset on her end.
- She told me to turn the phone back on. Send out a text email to determine if there were any issues.
That's all it took. Changing the cellular data from 5G auto to 5G on doesn't make a difference, a network reset doesn't make a difference, they must set it from their end and you must disconnect all connections that interfere with the signal after the reset. it can be added on later; however, this was ultimately the problem. I have an iPhone 16 pro max and the issues with the phone, totally different problem. LOL. Hope this helps!
