Internet worked good until I switched cell phone coverage from AT&T to T-Mobile

I've had AT&T for my cell phone coverage for 20 years. I purchased the home internet from T-Mobile 6 months ago and it worked great. I decided it was time to switch cell phone carriers, but it's been a nightmare. Ever since I switched and brought phones in the house from T-Mobile my internet has been terrible. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? T-Mobile keeps blaming it on tower damage from Helene, but that makes no sense because I had no issues when I had phones with AT&T in the house. Now I can't get online, streaming constantly buffers and notes I can't even watch any of my streaming apps at all. I pay way too much money for this.

    You're not the only one. I've have T mobile for years and over the past month, I've had a gateway malfunctions, the internet only works in one room or I'll be on my Xbox and a few minutes in the internet disconnects. I'm not even close to Helene damage and still have too many issues.
