I find it frustrating that there was a small window to redeem this offer. Being a customer and having a good plan that I pay for, I feel the perks that we are offered should be available. I've had MLB TV the last few years and I speak to customer service and the only answer I get is "sorry, we understand, too late>" Has anyone found a better answer. Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shut down. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it? I have given my sister my old Samsung S22 Ultra and now use a S24 Ultra. I live in America, but my family is from England and my sister still lives there. I assumed the American S22 Ultra was already unlocked, so I didn't even think about unlocking it through T-Mobile before I upgraded. I am now, of course, back in the US and the old phone in the UK. Is there a way for me to unlock the old phone through T-Mobile? I have the IMEI etc, and the phone can surely be linked to my account to prove it was mine. Hi T-Mobile Community, I need help unlocking my device, but I’m running into issues because my T-Mobile account is closed.When I call customer service, they tell me they’re unable to locate my account. I went to a T-Mobile store and the rep was able to see the account, but every time he tries to open it, he gets a server error and can’t proceed.Because of this issue, they’re saying they can’t even submit a device unlock request for me.The phone is fully paid off and was used on this T-Mobile account. I have both the order number and the IMEI number ready to verify my purchase and device status.I just need the phone unlocked so I can use it with another carrier, but no one has been able to help so far due to the system error with my closed account.Has anyone experienced this before? Is anybody else having the same issue as me where you cannot access the devices that are connected to your Wi-Fi through the T-Life app? I have tried everything multiple times (rebooting my router, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, factory resetting my router). And, yes, I’ve spent endless hours talking to customer support and they have zero solutions.
