Apple Product has lacked
I recently got an iPhone 16 pro max. I loved the idea of getting it and was told I would get a bargain for the bill. The bill ended up being figure to be right over 100$ and when I got the bill it has been upped to 170$. It also doubled this month because I made the payment last month and it wasn't added. The phone itself started with perfect software. Now it is very wrong and operating in strange ways. The autocorrect messes up and the service gets dropped at will. Also the battery will not charge past 1% if it so chooses. It's very frustrating because I have gotten a new one sent to me two times. It was always through apple and not through T-Mobile though and so I never really believe my replacements are all real apple. They come in a used box and aren't original packaging. I'm also supposed to get the replacements for 0$ and they charge me the 100$ and don't explain why. I wish that this would be better service for taking all this in house instead of sending it out.
