Company is doing business without receipts

I have purchased subscription online but I can't have receipt of that, no matter how many times I have gone that through with customer service. Same things, no understanding what is happening and automated replies.

Before I advise my credit company to reject the payment to T-Mobile, is this just occasional that you can send me good offers, but not receipts because they go directly to company pocket without taxes and receipts make this business too complicated to run, or you just outsourced the customer service to cheapest country available and they’re unable to handle any requests?

Prepaid plans don't have detailed billing like post paid plans.

So company official statement is that prepaid purchases are handled without receipt?

Pretty much, scroll to the bottom for the prepaid terms.

This means that company is doing business without paying taxes, since they run profitable operations without receipts, so there will be no trace that this so called purchase actually happened and can keep all the money at their pockets.

I’ll contact my credit company and tell that due to this I can’t tell if they should accept this transaction.

    ¡Gracias!

Prepaid plans and phone were called burner phones for people to stay anonymous.
