I was a SPRINT customer for over 25 years - got absorbed into TMobile when Sprint got bought out. I'm ready to be done. They keep adding new fees - per line, each month! For what? For the crappy customer service I get? I call to ask about these new fees and I'm transferred multiple times, disconnected, and on hold for more than 2 hours. I email - I get no response. There isn't a live chat function, so I really just don't know what to do anymore. I would like to get some account information about transferring my service, but can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. I'm having issues being able to see the connected devices through the T-Mobile Home Internet App. Keeps telling me the gateway did not respond and to restart it if the problem persists. I have restarted the modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once and it still does not work. Does anybody have any resolution to this or has anybody had this issue? I am sorry to say that we decided to switch to T-mobile fiber in Jan 2025. Installed and activated in Feb 2025. The installation was not easy going. T-mobile representative had no understanding of installation nor equipment to be installed. Told it was a 1 day installation which took multiple days. We had a technician show up at our house around 9pm on a Sunday night asking if he could do the install. He was told no that there was a scheduled date and time for Saturday at noon. He returned 7pm Monday night and asked if this was a better time. Our original installation date was move a week so we could try and figure out exactly what needed to be done. We told one of the techs we did not want any holes in the walls or anything mounted on our living room wall. Wall plate from existing internet provider was to be removed and cable to come out of that hole. Technician drilled hole above wall plate and mounted a box crooked and was getting ready to mount the modem. T-Mobile fiber service was terrible. In just a few weeks of service we had 6 outages that we knew of. One which was out for almost 24 hour. We scheduled for a damage estimator with T-mobile to repair holes in the wall which never showed up. We canceled service to only have T-mobile come to our house while we were not home and start running a new fiber line to the front of our house under the living room window. Tmobile is telling us we need to deal directly with their subcontractor for the damage and there is nothing they can do for us since we canceled service. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a utility company. I would not recommend T-mobile fiber. This started happening this weekend. I have 3 cars, I keep the trip notifications turned off because I do not want to see them all day long. Suddenly this weekend they started sending Trip start and Trip end alerts for all 3 cars. I checked the app and all notifications are turned off, I have re-started the phone and logged out of the phone and back in, but the alerts continue. I also get random seat-belt alerts even though I am wearing my seat belt. I can connect through my work internet connection or by using a hotspot at home, but the same laptop over T-Mobile internet does not connect. What else can it be, but selfish, greedy uncaring -- to NOT make available to the public a PUBLIC support email (and system to manage it) -- NOT (time wasting) Chat, nor texting (some, me, don't text, and don't want to), not voice telephone (some don't hear well and wastes time waiting on "ignore", too), not USPS paleolithic "messaging" (wastes time, trees, and distilled dead dinosaurs). AND then selfish, greedy uncaring T-Mobile sends time wasting texts and EMAIL (to just benefit them) to "refill your account (which?) -- with NO phone # -- when you have 3 accounts -- AND ALL have a positive balance. T-Mobile provides customers with email service -- but then won't use email to benefit customers -- and instead prefers to knowingly, intentionally, selfishly, waste customers time to enhance their greedy profits.
