New York City - No coverage at Penn Station (LIRR)?

Hi. Anyone out there use the Long Island Railroad at Penn Station in New York City?   Well, sitting on the track level on the trains…..there seems to be NO TMobile signal whatsoever.   Can't browse at all using my Iphone.   Coverage seems SO bad.  (I just switched to TMO from ATT.  With ATT, I always had decent internet coverage on these tracks!!!).    Does anyone else experience this?   Any possible solutions?  Is there anyone we can complain to?   Gracias.
