T-Mobile app is not working

@janra The message you are seeing in the app is correct. We are still working on fine tuning the app experience for our newer prepaid accounts. As for the error you are seeing when using a browser, we will need to gather some information from you to open a ticket with our web team. I could not even use the website. Neither app nor website is working for me. Should I call them every month? It really does not make any sense!
