Raise on my bill???
I've been a customer for 16 years, I tried to place myself on a good and reliable plan, I just checked my bill and it was increase by 10%, I called customer care and the answer I received from a customer care rep and a supervisor was : T mobile has not increased the bill in 10 years! is that the proper justification??? T-Mobile stocks are almost $200 as per today. Instructor of raising the price of customers, it should be the opposite, give back a bit since the financial realm doesn't look good at all, this is pure greed and it doesn't make any sense! looking real soon to move, yes after 16 years. The supervisor had 0 skills to deal with hard questions!66Visto0likes1Comentario
