 I think they’re doing it on purpose because they’re still getting paid.  
  First of all, I don't see why it is any of our faults why UPS loses anything and why the hell we should have to keep paying for this **bleep**!  I found out that T-Mobile has not been making their labels properly. They have not been adding the  manifesto to them therefore nobody can file a claim and they just keep collecting the money and charging our accounts every month so I'm calling my lawyer, you guys wanna tagalong or you wanna keep getting screwed over let me know. This is obviously a scam made by T-mobile and they made it that regardless whether or not we want the phone we are still gonna pay for it no matter what and this is fraud
