Has anyone with 360 "protection" coverage been able to get their screen repaired through Assurant???

...or were you forced to pay the $99 deductible (plus taxes and fees) to REPLACE the phone (even though it did not need to be) because Assurant doesn't offer a repair location? What!!!

If I can’t get this rectified I will at a minimum be dropping their supposed “protection” plan and finding a third-party plan on my own, or I will just go back to Verizon.

Yes I live on Long Island in NY. I just recently got my screen fixed for the second time through T-Mobile 360 protection plan with Assurant at a participating repair location called CPR. I filed out a claim online at http://mytmoclaim.com/ and they showed me participating locations where I could get my phone fixed I paid $35 to get the screen fixed. I'm not sure where you live but if you go to the website and you have the T-Mobile insurance from Assurant that's what you should do. That weren't many places I can go but I was able to make an appointment and everything at the closest one I can find near my home. Took me a while to figure it out they don't make it easy but I did. I hope this helps you.

We were told the same thing for the back glass. Through Assurance we are suppose to pay 29.99 to have the back glass replaced. Assurance will not honor their agreement and only agrees to send a refurbished phone for 99 dollars. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I'm sure there will be a class action lawsuit against them. They refuse to honor their contact that we pay for. It is a scam!
