Home Internet battery
Red light on indicating dead battery
Easy enough to take out
But googling model # bp18-002390 or T-Mobile home internet battery replacement is getting me nothing
Anybody know where I can get a new one?
Gracias

are there any labels on it anywhere that says who actually makes it? might be able to cut out the middle man and go directly to the source

I guess I should have been more specific. This is about the model before the new 5G version (not the cylinder).
This is for the “white box” model device that came before the “black cylinder”.
The Battery model in my device is:
Model # BP18-002390

firefly - yes, and it comes from a company in Taiwan, which is where these LTE gateway routers are manufactured. Their web site, if you can call it that, is in a far eastern language with no contact info. As I said in my initial comment, it is insane to sell this product here without a replacement battery available. Customer service has been terrible in helping me.
Enough ranting for today...

I called support and they sent one NC

Did anyone find a battery yet?
Any hacking idea on how to change another model into this model?

I have the same issue…. i searched for BP18-0023901 and 3ICR19/65-2 (Not sure why on this number).

I called support about the same battery problem, and was told that they do NOT provide replacement batteries. Instead, I got a refurbished gateway router sent to me, which does not work and the battery in it is also junk. At least my original router still works, but having a useful battery when power blips occur here in SD would be nice. I'm going to send back the pile of crap they sent me, and when my functioning router quits, it's off to a new company. Who in their right mind would sell a device with no replacement battery available? They sell replacement phone batteries!

Appears to be two 18650 cells in a pack, wired with a 4-connector plug.

Probably the same battery/cells though I bet...they look almost identical.
