This level of suport is a joke, but here goes...

When I log in to my account and go to account plan details and select Netflix, the next page that opens is blank save for the message “ An Error Occurred. ”

 

Now, I don’t have a clue how the T-mobile community can fix this, but since T-Mobile support is so pathetic, we’ll see.

  • I have not tried the tLife app and I've never heard of the Tlife app. This stuff should work without having to guess and try and ponder and speculate. T-Mobile stinks.

    Have you tried using the Tlife app? I don't have a plan that offers Netflix but there's a link that has you sign into your MyTmobile account but takes you to a different page.

    If that doesn't work a chat windows pops up.
