phone number on my bill but never calles or text this number !! ahat coyld bs the reason?
I check my bill often to see the activity on another line on my account and a phone number has showed on my bills multiple times incoming and outgoing calls and text ! I've ask multiple time about and the person that has that phone says the same thing they don't know that number never call or text ! Is this possible ??

Have a similar issue every month there are over 600 incoming texts from the same number ***|***|**** (buffalo,Wy)now get this they are never on my phone just my bill I call and talk with a T-Mobile representative who said he would call me back but never did can someone help me
Calls and texts made within apps, like WhatsApp as one of the many examples, can be handed off to cellular without any warning or notification. These calls and texts can be billable if not covered by your plan. These calls and texts would not show up in the dialer call history or the standard SMS/MMS app on the device.
