my bill

I want to know why my bill has gone up from 149.00 to 225.42 a month?!

    Any billing related questions can only be answered by Customer Care, the T-Force Team, or in-store employees.  No one here has access to your account.  Reach out to Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line, send T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter, or visit your local T-Mobile store to see if they can explain why your bill has increased.
