SyncUP Kids Step Count
Hi. My SyncUP Kids watch has stopped counting steps. I've rebooted it and checked the firmware (it's the same as another watch that is working). Is there anything I can do to fix this? TIA
Our kids watch is doing the same thing and it is almost brand new. I would love to know how to get it functional.
