T-Mobile InFlight WiFi and Lufthansa...?
Recently flewLH airlines from Munich to Denver. The InFlight WiFi is provided by T-Mobile and Deustche Telecom. A T-Mobile log-in page appears when purchase plan options are selected and it asks for the User's T-Mobile credentials. That information was entered ("User Name" & "Password") but rejected as "Invalid Login Credentials." A conversation today with T-Mobile support in the US was totally unhelpful as the agent was clearly unfamiliar with agreements with airlines other than AA and DL. His suggestion was "Ask the Flight Attenedant for assistance…. " !!. How can one determine what credentials theLufthansa system isasking for to enable WiFi log on ?Solved212Visto0likes5Comentarios
