UPS LOST MY RETURNED PHONE, I GOT CHARGED $1500. I AM FINISHED.
SInce May 2024 I have been charged for a phone I sent to Tmobile with assurant via UPS. T-Mobile said it could not find it and I got charged. I have all the tracking numbers. I have a picture of the phone in the box with the IMEI with of the bad phone that I sent back. I've weighed a like phone in the same type box and the weight of the box+phone+ wrapping is about the same 1.2 pounds. T-mobile has the same receipt from UPS. T-Mobile won't let me send the contemporaneous pictures. It says because it can't trace the IMEI of the bad phone I am still liable. It has the relationship with UPS. I Don't (Ever try to get anything from UPS????) How long does it take someone in the Philippines to make the $1500 they are charging me. And, by the way, why do I have to be patiently waiting there? I need a place in the US to talk to someone. We have 10 phones and After 27 years with Nextel and Sprint and great service, now I got shunted into T-Mobile and it looks like time for a divorce. Geez they held up the entire staffs' phones for their error. Not a happy camper.Solved139Visto1like8Comentarios
