system Update
I can not upgrade my phone because I was on the Sprint network. How long will it take for the system update to take place so I can update my devices? This is message I have been consistently getting...
no you need to go in and select one of the actual TMO plans. you might have a TMO sim card in the phone and are still using said phone but its still tied to a Sprint account. thats where your hang up is.
which i will be needing to do here before to long..just havent gotten around to it lol.
update as in get a new phone or so your current phone can receive a software update?
Getting a new phone. They claim that a billing system is being updated from Sprint network. No timeliness on when it will be updated!!!!
have you converted your account over from a Sprint one to an actual TMO one yet? this was not automatically done when the merger happened. if you havent yet then that would be why. technically you still have a Sprint account.
They claimed that they are doing it🙃🙃. I don't have to do anything!!!

I uave been a sprint customer for 10 years and have been trying to upgrade for over 2 months now but the supposed system updates has caused nothing but aggravation. I have spoke to tmobile customer service numerous times and all they do is tell you something different on how long it will be and if they do it themselves they want you to pay a ton of money to do so. You also can not do it I. The store cause you are known as a spr8nt legacy customer and they no l9nger have access to the Sprint accounts.
same answer as i gave above. if you havent already you’ll need to switch to an actual TMO account in order to upgrade.
