I've been trying to upgrade my phone that has a balance on the device.  Iv'e checked online and I have done the chat option and no one can tell me how to pay off my device before I upgrade. When I checkd my balance online and within the chat it included my monthly share plus my monthly trade-in credits. I'm not paying for the credits but I woiuld like to pay my balance off.  This is how companies lose their customers by not helping them out. Frustrated enough to look for another provider.

You ahould be able to see your balance left on your sevice in your my.t-mobile.com account. Click on the line the device was purchased via EIP on, then you should see the device with the monthly payment.  Click on the device and it should give you the option to pay some or all of the balance owing off.  Paying off a device early can terminate any promotional credits you are receiving so make sure you understand what you might be losong by looking into the terms and conditions of your EIP before paying the device off.  Customer Care at 611 can also help you with paying off your EIP as well as contacting the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or Twitter/X.
