i can not open syncUp kids app in my phone

So are they working on the fix?

I just figured out that I can see my daughter's watch and my additional syncup trackers in the T-Life App. It looks like it gives me the same options and controls as the syncup kids app, but I have only noticed this a couple of minutes ago and rushed here to tell everyone. So I'm not sure of the capabilities yet, but I found that I can at least see where my daughter is at while at camp, which is one if the primary reasons we got this. 

I hope this information is helpful! 

Same issue here. Core API failure even with full update.  Will TMobile refund if this whole thing has bricked?

An update I was on the phone with tmobil for an hour last night. Unable to fix the issue they submitted a ticket to the engineer. They said they would get back to me within 72 hours.

I'm having the same issue, I've un-installed and reinstalled and still won't work

Same thing happening to my wife's app. I get msg about ...code api fail etc 

I am getting the same with my app. Can’t access since yesterday night (01/30/24) and still can’t. 

I've restarted phone, cleared cache, data, and uninstalled, nothing works. I've also tried restarting daughter's watch.

Tmobile please fix this.

Or atleast give us a response.

Add my name to the list.  Samsung Galaxy A52 updated last week and now the app is getting the "core api failing" error as everyone else.
