Exchange for a different color
I bought an Iphone 12 pro max not too long ago, the box wasn't opened, and it's brand new, but I don't have the receipt. I was wondering if I could exchange this phone for another color.

The receipt might be on your account. At the very least, there will be a $50+ restocking fee, if they allow you to exchange it. Returns and exchanges usually need to happen within 15 days of purchase. Without proof of that purchase, I don't think T-Mobile can allow it to be exchanged.
