My phone thinks I’m in Kenya.., I’m not
I received a text from T mobile this morning saying welcome to Kenya, explaining my coverage there and telling me to enjoy my stay. I don't use a VPN and am in the US, have not traveled in years, never even been near Kenya.
Why is this? Is there a concern of having been hacked?
Power off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to drop off the network. Once you power it back up after more than 5 minutes. If you get that text again. I would contact Support at 611.
