diminished data speeds and dropped calls
My service quality has deteriorated in the last month. I no longer get 5G and calls get dropped daily. Each call to customer service ends without resolution. I'm in the market to replace my two lines...

Ugh, same! Before you switch, first download the Speedtest app on your phone and go to the coverage map. At the bottom where it says T-Mobile, pull up the toggle. Choose Tech Type "Most Common" then switch between carriers to see coverage in your area. In my area, practically the whole state, T-Mobile beats out every other carrier so switching isn't an option. I would hate to have you switch and find out things are worse, so maybe try the app first and see if that helps with your decision. I hope you find what you need and things get better for you.
